Our company uses an enterprise database software system to enter our customer’s information. This information will only be processed from the customer’s printed purchase order. We collect company information including company name and address for shipping purposes, and telephone/fax numbers to contact the customer at a later date. We collect an individual’s contact name, direct phone number, and email address for future communication. We also collect credit card information from the customer, if the customer does not have an open account with our company or and or if the customer wishes to pay for products with a credit card, Handling Systems, Inc. will create an account and the credit card information will be input into our database software system for processing through our Merchant Interface payment gateway account. No information will be shared with any other person, company, or entity.
