Patented Track Crane

These types of cranes use specially designed tracks and hardened lower flanges. This extends the life of the crane and allows for a higher capacity in lifting. The custom designed lower flange of the tracks allows for better surface to surface contact with trolley wheels whereas an I-beam track would have a tapered flange making the surface to surface contact harder to achieve uniformly across the span of the crane.
