A powered roller or Motorized Drive Roller (MDR) is an efficient way to power your operation. The flexibility of the rollers can allow for multiple uses. Most rollers have spring collapsible axles that allow for easily replacing or repurpose of existing frame. These can be used in accumulation where a series of rollers will stop until the path is clear. They can also be placed in to flexible conveyor frames allowing the unloading of trucks to become a quick task. Photo-eye can also power down rollers that are not currently in use making these one of the most power efficient conveyors.
