Cleveland Tramrail Free Standing Tarca System

Cleveland Tramrail offers solutions for heavier applications where the existing building cannot support the crane, Free Standing Tarca Systems. A pre-engineered crane system available in 2 to 5-ton capacity with standard bridge lengths up to 40’-0” overall (38’-0” span) that can be installed on your existing concrete floor without bracing to your building.
Available options include 2-speed controls for bridge travel, C-Track (and Pendant Track) festoon systems for the bridge, conductor bar for the runways along with plug and play hoist and radio control integration. Here are some key features of our Free Standing Tarca® System:

• Efficient design for spanning – the thickness and width of Tarca’s web and flange for each size have been carefully engineered to maximize strength and loading capability while minimizing weight
• Standardized lower flange provides compatibility – Tarca track features the same 3-1/4” wide lower flange regardless of rail height or load carrying capacity
• Rugged, Long Lasting Components
• Completely free-standing support structure design with no bracing to building required

Custom options available include dual girder bridges, multiple bridge configurations along with interlocks for transferring loads between adjacent bays.
