Pre-assembledRhinoTrac carton flow rack units simply drop into the carton flow rack system with integrated brackets for slope adjustment. Brackets are pre-installed on the RhinoTrac units and may be adjusted on-site to gain the proper shelf pitch required. Once RhinoTrac is installed, the tracks rest below the pallet rack beam level in the front for maximum storage and a useful product stop.

RhinoTrac carton flow track roller dimensions come in various widths to fit all of your carton sizes. Carton flow rollers are available in 6″, 9″, 12″, and 15″ wide. The 2.625″ high galvanized side channels are standard for all carton flow track lengths. Carton flow track rollers are diamond embossed and made from rust-resistant aluminum tubing.
RhinoTrac carton flow track capacities are generally limited by the track support spacing. For impact areas, RhinoTrac carton flow rollers can be placed closer together for durability creating an almost solid surface area of carton flow tracks. All carton flow track capacities exceed any other current carton flow tracks manufactured by other suppliers. Carton flow rack systems can be configured to maximize all of the carrying capacity of RhinoTrac by adding additional supports, attachments, and RhinoTrac carton flow track options.
Different length carton flow roller units can be combined in the same bay and are easily re-configurable with no tools required. RhinoTrac carton flow tracks can be lifted from one bay and placed in another or moved from side-to-side within the same bay for complete carton flow rack flexibility.

Tilt Trays angle the product downward, providing better visibility to ensure order picking accuracy. A layback version is installed so that every level is recessed from the one below. This allows pickers to pick multiple levels with ease as they never have to reach under the shelf. Carton flow rack tilt tray provides a more ergonomic method of picking for employees as it requires less bending and reaching.
Knuckle Shelves angle the rollers over the beam to place the product in the proper picking position and improve visibility. Sturdy steel angled plates are assembled at UNARCO so there is not extra installation time required on-site. RhinoTrac carton flow rack with knuckle shelf design continues the rollers right over the pallet rack beam and angles it to the order picker to help carton visibility.
A Box Stop on the end of the knuckle shelf provides a safe stop for the carton as it flows forward. Thick gauged, pre-galvanized steel with a returned edge keeps pickers from being exposed to sharp edges.
