Wheel Nose Pallet Jack for Close Pallet Positioning in Tight Spaces
Wheel nose pallet trucks provide a specialized solution for moving and positioning pallets or skids closely together in warehouses, trailers, stockrooms, production areas, and other tight material handling spaces. The wheel nose design sets the fork end back from the front rollers, allowing operators to pick up one pallet at a time while working near adjacent loads.
The compact 6-1/2 inch x 38 inch forks help maneuver loads where standard pallet trucks may be too long or difficult to position. This makes the truck useful for staging pallets, consolidating storage space, and handling loads in confined aisles or crowded dock areas.
A rubber grip handle with a three-position lever allows easy lift, lower, and neutral operation. The ergonomic design requires only 75 lb. of pulling force when fully loaded, while the spring loaded loop handle automatically returns to the vertical position when not in use.
This pallet truck supports 5,000 lb. capacity with a 27 inch fork spacing and service range from 3-1/2 inches to 8 inches. Poly-on-steel steering wheels, steel load rollers, bearing dust covers, and a chrome-plated hydraulic pump piston provide durable performance for demanding pallet handling applications.
