Line Shaft Conveyors

Line Shaft conveyor uses a shaft to transmit driving power to the rollers. The line shaft runs inside the conveyor frame parallel to the run of the conveyor. It uses elastic-polymer drive bands to transfer power from the spinning line shaft to the conveyor rollers.

The simple design makes this a good fit for many manufacturing and warehouse applications. A Line Shaft conveyor can be used for s-turns, diverts, and merges all run off the same drive. It can be pitched up or down and run in reverse.
